Join the Dr. Hess Cares Club
We offer an in-office dental membership plan at a similar monthly payment as most dental insurance plans. It is called the ‘Dr. Hess Cares Club’.
This plan includes 2 cleanings/year, necessary x-rays, Dr. exam, and a 20% discount on dental treatment. The Adult Membership is $31/month. There is also a Child membership and Periodontal membership as well at a similar cost.

For adult patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.
Periodontal Plan

Perio maintenance cleanings (3 -4/year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Needed x-rays*
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
20% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
$99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month
For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.
Child Plan
12 and Younger
$52/mo
Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)

Fluoride treatment
20% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
